About This Intiative

The GLBTA International Initiative was formed to address the need for education about how our understandings and experiences of "GLBTA" identity exist within a cultural context.

The Initiative recognizes the need for collaboration and connection across departments, units, colleges, universities, cities, states, countries, continents, and cultures. Our goal is to facilitate open and honest dialogue about gender and sexual diversity - in all its many manifestations around the globe.

Currently, the GLBTA International Initiative is working on developing programming & events for many different audiences around the University. We welcome your input and participation in our Initiative.

Upcoming meetings of the GLBTA International Initiative will be posted on this website - and all students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members are welcome to attend!
