GLBTA Student Travel Grants
About
The GLBTA Student Travel Grant program is intended to help University of Minnesota, Twin Cities undergraduate and graduate students attend local, regional, and national conferences for personal, academic, and professional development. The program is also intended to encourage increased discourse regarding GLBTA identities, communities, and issues across all disciplines.
Apply
Priority is usually given to students attending national conferences, their first conference, and/or presenting at a conference. For graduate students, conference presentation is greatly preferred. Priority is also given to students attending GLBT-specific conferences, or to students presenting GLBT-related topics at non-GLBT-specific conferences.
All funds available for the GLBTA Student Travel Grants have been awarded for the 2007 - 2008 academic year. Funds will start being awarded again in Fall 2008.
