The Breaking The Silence Awards recognize people and organizations that improve campus climate by confronting discriminate based on gender and sexual identity at the University of Minnesota. Any person or organization from any University of Minnesota campus may be nominated to receive this award.

Award recipients will be acknowledged at Lavender Celebration & Awards Ceremony.
